Using only a HI 8 camcorder and a very low budget. Dark Blood tells the story of a young man named John and his friends Brain and Billy who think one of their classmates named Lupus is a vampire. Once John catches Lupus putting the bite on his high school crush Katherine. Nobody believes his crazy story, and one by one Lupus kills his friends. Until John pulls himself together and faces the vampire on his own turf. Dark Blood is a very low-budget feature shot over a year in Corpus Christi, Texas. Starring Jae Flores as Lupus Christopher Ambriz as John Ryan Hunts as Billy Michael Cantu as Brain Claudette Charo as Katherine Sylvia Bolster as Val CJ Randolph as Sally Dedicated to the Memory of Jae Flores, Andrea Ambriz, and Esther and Frank Hedberg.
